What each part is designed to do
The knitted body provides an even, close fit around the knee. Flexible supports at the sides add structure where a basic sleeve can feel too soft. The cushioned ring creates a clear positioning point around the kneecap, while DialFit™ adds a separate level of adjustable external tension. Together, these elements let you choose a secure fit without relying on a single fixed compression level.
How to put it on
- Release all DialFit™ tension before pulling the support on.
- Slide it onto the correct knee and center the cushioned opening around your kneecap.
- Smooth the knit so it lies flat without folds or twisted fabric.
- Press the dial until it engages, then turn it in small steps until the fit feels secure and comfortable.
- Move, bend and sit for a moment. Readjust if you feel pinching, pressure points or restricted circulation.
Made for real everyday movement
Use Kynora DialFit™ for walking, errands, commuting, stairs, standing work, travel and light training. The support is designed to move with the knee while giving you a simple way to adapt the fit throughout the day. Begin with shorter wear periods so you can learn the most comfortable position and tension for your leg.
How the fit should feel
The support should feel snug and stable, not painful or restrictive. You should be able to bend your knee normally without the fabric bunching behind the joint. Reduce the dial tension or remove the support immediately if you notice numbness, tingling, increasing pain, swelling, skin discoloration or unusual discomfort.
Choose the correct side, colour and size
Select Cloud White or Graphite, then choose the Left or Right knee and your size from M–2XL. This support is shaped for a specific side, so select one left and one right item if you want support for both knees.
Measure around your thigh 5.5 in / 14 cm above the center of the kneecap while standing with your leg relaxed. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight. If your measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for a gentler fit.
Care instructions
- Release all dial tension before washing.
- Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent.
- Rinse thoroughly and air dry flat.
- Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean.
- Keep the dial mechanism away from high heat and make sure the support is fully dry before wearing it again.
