These Terms govern use of trykynora.com and purchases from Kynora+. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policies.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or violate third-party rights.

Product and health notice

We aim to present descriptions, images, sizing and colors accurately, but displays and production variations can affect appearance. Kynora DialFit™ is a general external support product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Product information is not medical advice.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or pricing errors, prohibited destinations or offer misuse. Captured payments for cancelled orders will be refunded as applicable.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping estimates, customs responsibilities, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Refund Policies.

Intellectual property

The Kynora+ name, Kynora DialFit™ name, logos, website design, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to us and may not be commercially copied without permission except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment and delivery providers governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law without limiting mandatory protections applicable where you reside.
