Shipping rates

Standard tracked shipping applies when you buy one support, with the local rate shown at checkout. Tracked shipping is free when you buy 2 or more supports.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 5–12 business days after dispatch. Other destinations may take approximately 7–20 business days depending on customs and local carriers. Estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events can take several business days to update after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Contact kynora.plus@gmail.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, email us with your order number and relevant photos. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally permitted time, we will provide the delay, cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
